I hereby wish to record my sincere thanks and appreciation for the outstanding service I have received from Charmaine Ramcharan in respect of the several travel bookings she has done for me in the recent past. She has at all times been the epitome of professionalism. Her hands-on approach and expeditious turnaround times have been particularly impressive. Furthermore, at no time did I ever experience any problems with the travel arrangements she made for me. In addition, her people and communication skills are great strengths. She always has a friendly, approachable and can-do attitude. Accordingly, I have found her to be ever-willing to help and go the extra mile in trying to accommodate me. Sorry about the late response, but I must confess that you had organised a super trip for us.This was about my 5th trip overseas and this was the best, the hotels were super and even the locations as well.
My wife and my friends also agree that this was our best trip thus far – no reason for one iota of complaint.

We have just returned from a simply fabulous holiday in Dubai. Just wanted to express my gratitude to you for arranging our trip with such ease and professionalism. You managed to find us a great deal at the Atlantis hotel and on such short notice too. My husband and I were impressed with both your communication and organisational skills and we encountered no problems on our journey. We also appreciated the time you took to wish us well on our departure and the courtesy call when we returned. Its these little details that made us feel special and taken care of. The trip was amazing, everything went well and everyone enjoyed themselves thoroughly. India was an eye opener for us but we were prepared because of what we were told. The organizing from your side was excellent right down to our pick up and drop off times. The agents were all helpful and made sure that we were informed. The only disappointment was that I shopped very little in Delhi because of the festival of Holi and most places were closed for the two days. Nevertheless I covered up in Mumbai, just needed a little more time........markets were amazing.
Thanks for everything, you made our trip a pleasant one. Will definitely travel with One Stop and you again.

We just got back from Malaysia/Singapore on Monday. We just want to say Jazakallah, everything went off without any problem from the time we left SA and when we returned. You are a superstar. We will definately be contacting you and One Stop Travel again hopefully for our future travels.

Hi this is a short note to express our appreciation for your kind and efficient service in arranging our holiday to Singapore, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Beijing and Tokyo. We enjoyed our holiday thoroughly; every detail was well organized from flights, transfers, hotels and tours. We did not have any hitches and are absolutely satisfied.
